Happy Wednesday! For the second day in a row local schools have been canceled and many of you have been stuck at home.
One of the great things about our boot camp style workouts is that you can do many of them at home with little or no equipment.
If you are starting to get cabin fever, here is a quick workout circuit you can do today.
Jumping Jacks 30
Alternating Lunges 10 each
Pushups 15
Leg Lifts 20
Bodyweight Squats 20
Arm Circles 20 each direction
Crunches 30
Pushups 15
Front Plank 30 seconds
Do this circuit as many times as you can in 15 minutes. Hopefully it will get your blood flowing and help you get through another day of being snowed in.
