			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Happy Wednesday!  For the second day in a row local schools have been canceled and many of you have been stuck at home.<br />
One of the great things about our boot camp style workouts is that you can do many of them at home with little or no equipment.<br />
If you are starting to get cabin fever, here is a quick workout circuit you can do today.<br />
Jumping Jacks 30<br />
Alternating Lunges 10 each<br />
Pushups  15<br />
Leg Lifts 20<br />
Bodyweight Squats 20<br />
Arm Circles 20 each direction<br />
Crunches 30<br />
Pushups 15<br />
Front Plank 30 seconds</p>
<p>Do this circuit as many times as you can in 15 minutes.  Hopefully it will get your blood flowing and help you get through another day of being snowed in.</p>
